Mr. Berkowitz has served on the board of directors of Infinity Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: INFI) since 2014 and the board of directors of H. Lundbeck A/S since March 2018. Mr. Berkowitz earned his B.A. in political science from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, N.Y.
