Ms. Dorman has been a director of privately-held Rubicon Oilfield International (provider of oilfield products and technologies) since August 2018, where she serves as chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Qualifications: Ms. Dorman brings to Equitrans Midstream a wealth of financial expertise and experience in the energy industry, having served in numerous financial positions with Smith International, Inc., including as the Chief Financial Officer for more than a decade, during a period of expansive growth.
