Gerard R. Host has been appointed as Executive Chairman of Trustmark, and the Board of Directors of Trustmark National Bank of the Company effective 1/1/2021. Mr. Host became president and chief executive officer of the Corporation and chief executive officer of the Bank, effective January 1, 2011, and served as president of the Bank from 2011 until January 1, 2020. He served as president and chief operating officer of the Bank prior to that time. He also served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 2012 until the end of his second term on December 31, 2018.
