Mr. Stanley is Head of Macquarie Asset Management (“MAM”), a top 50 global asset manager offering a diverse range of services, including; securities investment management, infrastructure and real asset management, and fund and equity based structured products. Trusted by investors to manage approximately $A550 billion in assets, Mr. Stanley leads a team of approximately 1,700 staff in more than 20 countries. Mr. Stanley joined Macquarie in 2004 to support the growth of its international infrastructure funds management platform. Helping to establish and manage Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets’ (“MIRA”) flagship European funds, Mr. Stanley directed a number of landmark transactions for the business, including; the acquisition of Thames Water, the largest water and waste water company in the UK; the take-private of Techem GmBH in Germany; and the divestment of Global Towers Partners in the United States.
