Mr. Henshall has served on the Board of Directors of LogMeIn, Inc., a publicly-traded remote access and remote software company. Mr. Henshall has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2017. Mr. Henshall served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer beginning in September 2011 and as our Chief Operating Officer beginning in February 2014.
