Our Board has determined Mr. Matthews should serve on the Board as a director of our company and the Vice-Chairman of the Board given that Mr. Matthews has been extensively involved in operating and investing in telecommunications companies for over a decade. Mr. Matthews’ business and technology acumen was in part seasoned under various Matthews’ business holdings, including NewBridge Networks Corporation and Wesley Clover International Corporation and its portfolio of technology corporations.
